Meet Frank Horkey

CPA Managing Partner of Horkey and Associates Frank began his career at Touche Ross, (now Deloitte Touche) a "Big 4" international public accounting firm before founding his own firm. Horkey has taught courses on accounting, auditing, and taxation issues, and has published articles on a diverse array of tax, accounting, and auditing topics. He is a member of the Broward Workforce Development Board and Chair of its Audit Committee and also co-founder of the "One for the Kids" Program (a mentoring program that matches business people with students).

Throughout his professional career, Horkey has been active in community education initiatives, including ten years as a member of the School Board of Broward County Audit Committee and three years as Chair of the Sunrise Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. He also served on the Broward Education Planning Initiative, which was the first countywide effort to address school overcrowding.
